Readers' Choice: Vote for Your Favorite Exotic Restaurant
Patch readers nominated the best of Scotch Plains and Fanwood, so vote to determine which one is the Readers’ Choice 2012 winner.
Whether you're picking up a seven dollar lunch special at Go Sushi, experiencing Indian cuisine at Red Pepper, or treasuring that free fried calamari roll at Ginger Sushi, one thing is clear - Scotch Plains and Fanwood have a lot of options when it comes to trying exotic foods at local restaurants.

Patch is relaunching its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows about the area to participate.
Nominations were accepted through July 9 and include:
- Go Sushi
- Red Pepper
- Ginger Sushi
- Shogun 22, Greenbrook
Winners in all Readers' Choice categories will be announced on Aug. 24.

Shogun 22 on route 22 in Greenbrook is good too .... especially the bar.

Ginger Sushi is the best sushi place in the area, hands down. But since someone already took that one, I'll nominate Red Pepper on Rt 22. Great Indian food, folks even come from Edison to eat there!
