I nominate Pizza Brothers....not only for thier food but for thier great service and extremely fast delivery...they are always willing to make accomodations for children w/allergies and have the BEST Italian Ice around in many flavors...these guys are amazing..never forget a name, face, order.....and we can not say enough about the Garlic Knots 4 for $1.00..homemade,,,may daughter will have the healthiest heart around..lol..either that or no vampires will go within miles of her..lol..BTW...great prices and they d/n raise them even in these hard times......LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!! can not say enough about them....everyone should stop by for great food and friendly service.......

D'Italia... without a doubt this place has the best authentic Italian cuisine and pizza in the area. They are a family owned and operated restaurant, owners live in SP, who deliver the tastes of Italy to each and every meal. The atmosphere is delightful and the service is second to none.

I nominate Figaros 3 Italian Restuarant. They are located in Basking Ridge, a short drive down Rt. 78. The food is superb and the service is outstanding! Very nice atmosphere and they also own a pizza restaurant right next door! Amazing!!!

Tarantella's in Clark is worth the ride! The food is superb, the portions are large and the house salad dressing is to die for :D

San Marzano in Westfield. The best pizza & paninis in the area. Genuine Roman style!

Nick's Pizza&Deli in Fanwood. The best pizza and meatball parm I've had in a long time! The staff is very friendly. place has a nice relaxing vibe to it !

You guys are just making me miss my old hometown (Fanwood) so much!!! I live in Colorado and haven't been back to NJ since '04!! Can't even get an Italian ice here.
And the pizza....fuggetaboutit - the is NOTHING out here that even compares to it. You don't know how lucky you are...and I'm jealous!

I voted for Nick's... There is no comparison. They have great variety. The pizza is so so good. Try also the whole wheat crust. The people who work there are wonderful. You will not regret going and you will be back again and again
