 ea Residents with Low to Moderate Income. \nAARP Tax-Aide\, a program of
  the AARP Foundation in conjunction with the IRS\, and the State of NJ\,
  Division of Taxation\, is offering appointments for free income tax ret
 urn preparation to senior citizens and area residents with low to modera
 te income\, Monday and Tuesday mornings&nbsp\;from February 6 to April 1
 7.&nbsp\; IRS certified volunteer tax preparers conduct the program at T
 he Scotch Plains Public Library\, 1927 Bartle Avenue\, Scotch Plains. As
 sistance is provided for federal and state income taxes\, and the Proper
 ty Tax Reimbursement Program (PTR 1 &amp\; 2). Tax returns for the curre
 nt year will be filed electronically.&nbsp\; Electronic filing benefits 
 taxpayers with faster receipt of refunds.&nbsp\; Any taxes due would not
  be payable until April 17\, and the taxpayers will be provided with vou
 chers to submit with payments.\nIt is important for the accuracy and com
 pleteness of the 2011 tax return that the taxpayer bring a copy of the 2
 010 federal and state returns and all 2011federal and New Jersey tax for
 ms. If you receive a pension or annuity\, please bring the date that you
  began to receive payments.\nRequired documents: Social Security Cards o
 r comparable documentation for you\, your spouse\, and dependents.\nInco
 me related documents: Forms W2\, Unemployment Compensation statements\, 
 SSA 1099\, 1099R\, and other 1099 forms showing income\, Brokerage state
 ments or other documentation showing the cost basis (purchase price) and
  date purchased for all securities or property sold or transferred durin
 g the tax year. Expense related documents: Forms showing federal\, state
  and property taxes paid\, 1098 forms\, documentation of medical\, denta
 l\, non-reimbursed prescriptions\, co-pays\, charities and mortgage inte
 rest. Receipts for expenses need to be organized by type of expense and 
 legible.Direct deposit/debit of refund/balance due: &nbsp\;An official b
 ank document\, e.g. a check or other&nbsp\;bank statement\, with the ban
 k routing number\, your account number and name printed on it. A check i
