DESCRIPTION:Girls on the Run of NJ East is excited to announce our&nbsp\;
 Spring 2012&nbsp\;program!!&nbsp\; Girls on the Run&reg\; is an&nbsp\; e
 xperiential learning\, non-profit prevention program for girls in grades
  3-5.&nbsp\; We inspire girls to be joyful\, healthy and confident using
  a fun\, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running
 .\nThe 10-week program follows a national curriculum focused on building
  self-esteem and improving emotional and physical health with training f
 or a 3.1 mile (5K) event.&nbsp\; Participants learn how to make healthy 
 decisions\, resolve conflict\, and get along in a group.&nbsp\; We envis
 ion a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential
  and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.&nbsp\;\nRegistration for our f
 all season opens on&nbsp\;March 5\, 2012&nbsp\;at www.girlsontherunnj.or
 g.&nbsp\; All program sites meet twice/week for 1 hour and 15 minutes pe
 r session.&nbsp\; We have sites in Berkeley Heights\, Florham Park\, Map
 lewood\, Millburn\, Montclair\, Morris Plains\, Morristown\, Summit\, We
 stfield\, Union\, Springfield\,&nbsp\;Parsippany\, Hopewell\, Princeton 
 and East Windsor.&nbsp\;\nThe local Westfield area will serve the commun
 ities of Cranford\, Westfield\, Scotch Plains and Fanwood.&nbsp\; The pr
 ogram cost is $185 per girl and is available regardless of family income
