 eligious School Open House today\, Saturday\, May 5\, 2012 from 9 am -10
 :30am.&nbsp\; Temple Sha&rsquo\;arey Shalom\, a mid-size Reform congrega
 tion serving Springfield and the surrounding communities of Union and Es
 sex counties\, is opening its doors to new families seeking a warm\, eng
 aging Jewish learning environment for their children.&nbsp\;   &nbsp\;\n
  Families of prospective students entering grades K-3 in September\, 201
 2 are welcome to come and learn about the Temple&rsquo\;s creative curri
 culum and registration options.&nbsp\; The day includes participation in
  our magical Shabbat morning family worship service\, classroom visits f
 or children and coffee and a nosh for parents as they meet the Director.
   &nbsp\;  Cantor Amy Daniels\, Education Director\, says &ldquo\;Temple
  Sha&rsquo\;arey Shalom will be offering flexible schedules with a mixtu
 re of family activities at various times and days as well as classroom l
 earning to ensure that families receive a valuable spiritual and cultura
 l experience.&rdquo\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; The Temple has a reduced dues/tuitio
 n structure for new &ldquo\;Young Family&rdquo\; members--whose oldest c
 hild has not yet entered third grade--to ensure that the youngest famili
 es can join the Temple and enroll their children in Religious School.&nb
 sp\;\nThe Temple is committed to assisting members with financial challe

  Religious School\, the Temple offers a wide array of educational\, info
 rmational\, entertaining and social programs to enhance the Temple exper
 ience\, including lectures\, workshops\, panel discussions\, an active S
 isterhood and Brotherhood\, community-service opportunities and Youth an
 d Renaissance group activities.&nbsp\; There are also adult bar/bat mitz
 vahs\, conversational Hebrew classes\, book discussion groups\, speakers

 e are Family Shabbat services at 7:30pm on the first Friday of each mont
 h\, Children&rsquo\;s Shabbat morning services for K-3rd grade families 
 on Saturdays at 9am\, monthly Tot Shabbat services--perfect for pre-scho
 ol families&mdash\;at 6:00 pm on the third Friday of each month\, and Ad
 ult Study minyans on Saturday mornings. Erev Shabbat services take place
  from the second through the last Friday of each month at 8pm and ALL AR
