DESCRIPTION:The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders is pleased to  a
 nnounce that the next&nbsp\;session of the Union County Means Business  
 networking breakfast series will be held  on Wednesday\, March 7\, 2012 
 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at  Merck\, 181 Passaic Avenue\, Summit.&nbsp\;
  Assemblymen Joseph Cryan (D- 20)\,  and Jon Bramnick (R-21)\, will be s
 pecial guests.\n&ldquo\;This series is a wonderful opportunity to forge 
 new connections with  the business community and government agencies tha
 t can be beneficial to  any business\, large or small\,&rdquo\; said Fre
 eholder Chairman Alexander  Mirabella.\nThe Union County Mean Business s
 eries\, an initiative of Chairman  Mirabella\, is designed to bring loca
 l business owners\, prospective  owners and managers in contact with gov
 ernment representatives who can  help them obtain information about gran
 ts\, loans\, social  media\, employee recruitment\, and other resources.
 \n&ldquo\;These  are the people who create new businesses and energize o
 ur communities\,&rdquo\;  Mirabella said. &ldquo\;By sharing these tools
  they can continue to find new  ways to grow.&rdquo\;\nThe series is ope
 n to all persons who own or manage a business in Union  County\, or who 
 are planning to start a business in Union County.\nThe second installmen
 t in the series will hone in on the state of the economy in Union County
 \, and will feature presentations by James Hughes\, Ph.D.\, of the Edwar
 d J. Bloustein School  of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers Universi
 ty and Carl E. Van  Horn\, Ph.D.\, of the John J. Heldrich Center for Wo
 rkforce Development at  Rutgers University.\nAll sessions are free but p
