We welcome Beth Brandt to Mind Body Spirit Our new Gyrotonic teacher at the studio thursday!
Beth has previously been a guest teacher here at the studio and we all love her GYROKINESIS® class...
But now we are happy to announce that Beth has joined Mind Body Spirit as an instructor and will be here regularly on Thursdays starting at 9am, to offer private Gyrotonic sessions.

Certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Instructor; Gyrotonic,Gyrokinesis Pre-Trainer
Beth has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Modern Dance from TCU. She began studying Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methodology after moving from San Antonio, Texas to New York upon graduation. Beth teaches at several GYROTONIC® studios in Manhattan and also dances for the VON HOWARD PROJECT under the direction of Christian von Howard.
Beth looks forward to sharing with you the joy and passion she has for movement!!

Mind Body Spirit Enterprises is a pilates and Gyrotonic studio located across from the Fanwood train station. Owner and director Shirley Wallitsch is a certified Polestar Pilates studio and reformer instructor as well as a licensed Gyrotonic teacher. Mind Body Spirit Enterprises offers free reformer classes along with its Pilates circuit training, rolling reformer, Pilates tower, jump board and Gyrotronics classes.
