Art & Wine Breast Cancer Fundraiser, Newmark School Open House

Art & Wine breast cancer awareness event at the Stage House: Bottle & Bottega will donate $10 per guest at this event to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Learn to paint with step-by-step instruction from a Bottle & Bottega artist to create your own version of a piece by a local artist. $35 per person ticket includes all paint supplies, aprons and a 16x20 take-home canvas. Meet and greet from 6:30 to 7 p.m.; painting from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Enjoy food & $5 martini specials. (This is not a BYOB event.) 

Newmark School open house: The state-approved, private K-8 school for children living with special needs holds an open houseat their brand new facility on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.
