Consolidation Commission Meets, Pajama Storytime at the Scotch Plains Library

The Guv is coming: Gov. Chris Christie will make a campaign stop in Scotch Plains today. He will take a walk downtown starting at Front Street and Park Avenue at 1:15 p.m. as he makes his way to the Highlander Restaurant at 409 Park Avenue. There, he will meet with diner patrons and make a campaign announcement. 

Consolidation Commish meets again: The Fanwood-Scotch Plains Consolidation Commission will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the Tucker Room at Scotch Hills Country Club. Read our story about the group's last meeting.

Visit the library in your PJs: Let the kids wear their PJs, bring their favorite bedtime buddy or blanket, and visit the Scotch Plains library for soothing stories and songs.
