Free winter window tip; clean glass saves $$$

---Want a winter 'kwectip' guaranteed to reduce heating bills; by the 333rd calendar day, definitely clean the south, then east and lastly west facing windows.  As a solar architecT  I've been doing this for 33 years.  That clean winter glass raises temperature by up to 5 degrees over a non clean glass on a sunny day. The cost$, practically nothing!
Then in spring, don't clean!
