Senior Retirement community on a portion of Parker Gardens property

I just recieved a a letter from David Holland of Brightview Senior Living about a retirement community being proposed on a portion of Parker Gardens property on Terrill Road in Scotch Plains.  I was wondering if anyone knew more about it.  I have looked for info online but have found none.  The letter says there will be a meeting on July10 @Terrill Middle School.  This is the first I have heard of it.
