Happy 100th Birthday to Violet Drayton of Fanwood!
Congratulations and happy 100th birthday to Violet Drayton, who lives at . Ms. Drayton reached that magic number on July 16 surrounded by friends and family. She also received a proclamation from the Fanwood Borough Council and congratulatory letters from Gov. Chris Christie and President Barack Obama.

Patch Salutes Eagle Scout Charles Centinaro
Centinaro, 18, of Scotch Plains, has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the Boy Scouts' highest rank. To achieve this honor, Centinaro crocheted caps for cancer patients, which he donated to Knots of Love. Centinaro, who graduated in June and performed in the school's spring production of "Hairspray," said he plans to attend Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Fanwood BPA Networking Night Wednesday
