Check Out the New Fanwood Crossing Apartments

Patch takes an inside tour of the fourth floor luxury apartments at Fanwood Crossing

The wait is over! The majestic 24 luxury apartments are now ready to rent. Patch took a tour of the fourth floor of the new to check out these apartments. There are three floors of apartments, eight apartments on each floor.

Each apartment is two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and includes beautiful wooden cabinets, hard wood floors, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom bath has a shower. The other full bathroom is shared and includes a relaxing, large ceramic tub. All bathrooms are ADA compliant to accommodate renters with disabilities.

All of the fourth floor apartments have multiple windows overlooking downtown Fanwood and a courtyard below that will hopefully be used for outdoor concerts once the retail space is filled, Elite Properties Developer David Checchio said. Checchio also noted that while the 8800 square feet of retail space below is ready to be leased, they are still looking for the perfect tenant.

The spacious apartments, designed by architect John Saracco, range between 1100 and 1400 square feet. There are a variety of layouts and designs perfect for small families, working professionals, and roommates.

The apartments will be ready for move in by mid-July and will fill up very quickly with many prospective renters already waiting to sign a lease. Prices range from $2,100 to $2,600 a month for the breathtaking corner unit on the fourth floor. Interested? Contact realtor Susan Powers at 908-757-7744 for more information or to schedule an appointment to see the apartments.
