Mass of the Anointing of the Sick

“Are any among you sick?  They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord.  The prayer of faith will save the sick and the Lord will raise them up.” – James 5:13:15

St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church, 2032 Westfield Avenue, Scotch Plains welcomes all to celebrate the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick at Mass on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 12 pm (noon), the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes.  This Mass will be offered for Rita Salm, who for many years coordinated this special liturgy.  Her son, Deacon Robert Salm hopes to be with us and preach at this liturgy.  For more information/questions, please call the rectory at 908-322-5192.  Our church is handicap accessible.  All are welcome.
