Submit Your Photos! Santa's 2012 Door-to-Door Journey

Santa Claus traveled to door-to-door in Fanwood on Dec. 15. The Borough of Fanwood notes it as another successful year for Santa's journey.

Santa's annual door-to-door journey took place on Dec. 15 beginning at 11 a.m. Santa visited Fanwood homes to deliver gifts to children of the borough and all gifts were donated by Fanwoodians.

This tradition is made possible by volunteers from the Fanwood Fire Department, the Rescue Squad and PBA Local 123. You can find the rules and schedule, here.

Santa Claus will be escorted door-to-door by the Fanwood Fire Department, the Rescue Squad and Police PBA 123 throughout the bourough.

The Borough thanked their volunteers for making this year another success.

The Fanwood website stated, "thanks to squad members Karolyn Buckridee, Jeff Downing, Brian Downing, Ben Gechtman, Bob Hoyer, Tom Kranz, Joan Lozowski and Dan Strachman for escorting Santa and his helpers on the Fire Department."  

Pacakges were dropped of at the Fanwood Fire House and collected by elves between Dec. 1 until Dec. 7 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
