The Educational Enrichment Foundation of Scotch Plains Fanwood and the SPF School District will co-sponsor a leadership training program for middle school students on Feb. 2.  the LTC 100 will train 100 new student leaders.

LTC 100 takes some of the best features of the New Jersey Association of Student Councils (NJASC) four day Leadership Training Conference (LTC) program held in the summer and condenses them into one day.

This program, under the leadership of Phyllis Mirabella  (EEF of SPF),  is in its fourth year. This year's LTC 100 will train 100 Delegates. After this year, the SPF LTC 100 program will have trained over 450 students to become leaders in their schools and communities.  The program is possible due to the efforts of over 70 volunteers.   The volunteers include Junior Counselors (JC's) and Senior Counselors (SC's).

Please see the photos for a PDF of full descriptions of roles, classes and the day's events.
