Union County Man Made Gun Sales In Newark Supermarket

A Union Township man had no idea the assault weapons and shotgun he was selling out of a Newark supermarket where actually going to an undercover "operative", according to nj.com

Kareem Tillery, 28, has been indicted on eight different weapons charges which stem from the sales he made between Feb. 12 and April 13, 2013, according to nj.com

he will probably get out in a few months in county jail. Meanwhile if a registered tax paying law abiding gun owner has a 35 year old gun with an 12 round magazine and doesn't destroy it or turn it in to the state, can get up to 10 years in prison with a 3 year minimum if the garbage legislation the NJ democrats passed recently (S993 and A2006) gets signed by Christie.
