NORTH PLAINFIELD. A customer takes a taste of Singapore curry during "A Taste of Asia – a Spring Asian Food Festival" on Saturday, April 24, at the Asian Food Markets of North Plainfield, 1101 Route 22 West (908-668-8382). The food festival, featuring nearly 20 vendors offering free samples of Chinese and other Asian cuisines, continues from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 25.
