The Scotch Plains Recreation Department and Scotch Plains Business Professional Association are sponsoring the township's holiday celebration, which will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Dec. 6 in Alan M. Augustine Park. Activities will include horse-drawn carriage rides, a petting zoo, pony rides, Rainbow the Clown, an ice sculpture, fun bus and live gospel music.
Santa will arrive at 3 p.m. and visit with children in the gazebo until 5 p.m.
The lights will be lit on the Village Green at 5 p.m.
