Just in time for Valentine’s Day, well-known stamp artist Nicole Cooke will lead a workshop at the Scotch Plains Public Library on Saturday, February 11 at 10:00 am. Adults and older teens accompanied by an adult, are invited to join Nicole in a small group setting to stamp a Valentine’s Day card and treat for a favorite sweetheart (or to keep). No experience is necessary, and stampers of all levels can be accommodated.
The workshop will be limited to eight people. There is a $5.00 materials fee, payable upon registration or at the door.
In addition to stamping, Nicole crafts in a variety of media, enjoys jewelry design, and finds time to pursue her Ph.D. at Rutgers School of Information and Library science, all while working as a librarian. Some of her creations can be viewed at http://www.thestampinlibrarian.com
