Live Music this Saturday at Cultural Arts Center

Performances by Sharon Goldman and Martin Swinger

 

Singer-songwriters Sharon Goldman and Martin Swinger will be performing at the Patricia M. Kuran Cultrual Arts Center in Fanwood on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Goldman is an acoustic-pop artist who has been writing songs and performing for over a decade and has completed four albums. She is a well-known musician on the East Coast, especially around the New York City area.

Goldman performs both solo, with her guitar and alongside other musicians. Saturday evening she will be sharing the stage with Martin Swinger, known for his swing and jazz style. Swinger's talent and presence are immediate when he gets on stage, according to a press release by the Patrcia M. Kuran Cultral Arts Center.

Both artists have been acclaimed for their music by being featured in festivals and showcases. Swinger is a Kerrville New Folk Finalist, while Goldman was honored in the Emerging Artists Showcase at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival.
