‘Brilliant Brunch Anytime’ will see Irene Yager, assistant culinary arts director of the JCC in Manhattan, teach participants how to prepare homemade brunch recipes. Last in its spring Kosher Teaching Kitchens series, the class will have participants learning how to make perfect French herb omelets, popovers with savory cream cheese, sweet potato hash, salmon corn cakes with crème fraiche and much more. Bellinis and Bloody Marys will be served. The event is limited to only fifteen people.
