  • 194 North Martine Avenue, Fanwood: A colonial style home with five bedrooms and two bathrooms was listed at $439,000 and sold for $467,000.
  • 260 Paterson Road, Fanwood: A cape cod/colonial style home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths was listed at $519,000 and sold for $515,000.
  • 333 Myrtle Avenue, Scotch Plains: A bi-level style home with five bedrooms and two bathrooms was listed at $310,000 and sold for $301,000.
  • 957 Crestwood Road, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms was listed at $325,000 and sold for $307,500.
  • 510 Jersulem Road, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms was listed at $365,000 and sold for $355,000.
  • 1109 Hetfield Avenue, Scotch Plains: A split level home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths was listed at $369,999 and sold for $367,000.
  • 2010 Winding Brook Way, Scotch Plains: A ranch style home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths was listed at $594,900 and sold for $530,000.
  • 961 Fox Hill Lane, Scotch Plains: A colonial, custom home with four bedrooms and four and a half baths was listed at $749,000 and sold for $724,500.
