Go The Distance For Autism

Crossfit ECC and #teamgavin and East Coast Conditioning, Go the Distance For Autism!

Crossfit ECC is teaming up with the Franschman family (beloved members of CrossFit ECC) in support of their son Gavin in raising money for his school, REED Academy, a non-profit, privately funded school for autistic learners. 

The 5 hr event powered by the CrossFit ECC Team will be filled with hourly workouts (CrossFit Competition) DJ’s, food, foul shooting contests, volleyball games, radar gun testing for the kids, raffles and more. 
All money raised from these fun activities and friendly competition will be going towards much needed funds for a school that is changing lives of those with Autism.
