- The summer film festival continues Saturday with a screening of the 2009 Argentinian murder mystery, "The Secret in Their Eyes." The movie starts at 11 a.m.
- Train-lovers young and old converge at the New Jersey Expo Center in Edison on Saturday and Sunday for Greenberg's Toy and Train Show. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The Deutscher Club of Clark celebrates Oktoberfest this weekend with live music, German and American food, and more. .
- The Kids Kingdom Traveling Jubilee comes to Mattano Park in Elizabeth on Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m., according to an email distributed by the Union County Office of Public Information. The event will take place rain or shine.
