JCC Fitness Instructor Featured in Dove Ad

Elizabeth Miller can be seen in Women's Health Magazine.

A JCC of Central New Jersey fitness instructor is one of four women featured in a new ad for Dove soap.

Elizabeth Miller received the opportunity by participating in a Women's Health magazine reader's panel, periodically answering surveys about services or products. After the magazine asked her to try Dove’s new Nutrium moisture product for 14 days and provide product feedback, she was asked to be part of the new Dove print advertising campaign, which made its debut in October.

Miller has been a fitness instructor at the JCC for the past 2 1/2 years and has her master's in public health from Columbia University. At the JCC, she teaches Butts and Guts for toning, Bosu ® for sculpting, balance and cardio training and Boot Camp.

Starting Dec. 16, Miller will launch a new wellness lecture at the JCC entitled "Women and Metabolism." The program is aimed at helping women of all ages learn how to boost their metabolism. The course is free and open to all JCC members and residents of the community.
