The doctor must pay part of a combined $960,000 settlement.

Ravindra Patel of Scotch Plains, Jasjit Walia of Edison and Rakesh Sahni of Rumson have all agreed to pay a combined $960,000 as part of a settlement that stemmed from allegations that they accepted payments in exchange for referring patients from their private clinics to the school.
