Scotch Plains Gets Early Visit From Easter Bunny
The SP Junior Woman's Club and Recreation Department sponsored the event.
Saturday was the first day of spring, but it was also time for the annual Scotch Plains egg hunt.
Children and their families gathered inside the Park Middle School gym for their chance to find the most eggs and meet the Easter Bunny. Face painting, tattoos, jelly bean guess and Lollipop pull were also part of the fun. The event was sponsored by the Scotch Plains Junior Woman's Club and the Scotch Plains Recreation Department.

For those of you who missed the Scotch Plains hunt, Fanwood is hosting its own egg hunt this Saturday, March 27, at Forest Road Park. All children 10 and under are invited to meet the Easter Bunny and join the fun. Over a thousand eggs filled with all sorts of goodies—including hundreds of prize tickets—will be hidden around the park. The hunt begins at 10 a.m. sharp, with a rain date of April 3.
