Severe Weather Headed This Way
The National Weather Service says Scotch Plains-Fanwood should expect heavy rain, wind and possibly hail.
The National Weather Service is reporting that the Scotch Plains-Fanwood area could see strong to possibly severe thunderstorms today.
The main threat will be damaging wind, hail, and possibly tornadoes.
The weather service says heavy rain will likely hit this area after noon. The storm is currently headed east at about 30mph. New rainfall amounts will be between a tenth and quarter of an inch.
