Snow Advisory Through This Evening

Two to five inches of snow are expected.

It's back. 

More snow started to fall on the Scotch Plains-Fanwood area last night, and according to the National Weather Service, it should continue through today.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for the area through 6 p.m. this evening. Light to moderate bands of snow will continue as low pressure tracks Southeast of the region. Total snowfall accumulations are expected to be between two and five inches.

All this comes after a major storm dumped over a foot of snow on SP-F last week, much of which still remains. On the bright side, this new accumulation will cover up some of that ugly tinted snow that's piled up along the sides of our streets.
