• 28 Harwhich Village, Scotch Plains: A townhouse interior style house with two bedrooms and two and a half baths was listed at $314,000 and sold for $270,000.
• 330 Myrtle Avenue, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style house with four bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath was listed at $315,00 and sold for $300,000.
• 2360 Channing Avenue, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style house with four bedrooms and two full baths was listed at $369,000 and sold for $369,000.
• 2143 Broad Street, Scotch Plains: A bi-level style house with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms was listed at $435,000 and sold for $422,000.
• 1901 Quimby Lane, Scotch Plains: A cape cod, ranch, custom house with four bedrooms and two full baths was listed at $499,900 and sold for $499,900.
• 48 Clydesdale Road, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with four bedrooms and three and a half baths was listed at $650,000 and sold for $645,000.
• 2240 Lyde Place, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with four bedrooms and three and a half baths was listed at $799,000 and sold for $785,000.
• 2236 Lyde Place, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with four bedrooms and three and a half baths was listed at $839,900 and sold for $780,000.
