Here are the homes that were sold in Scotch Plains and Fanwood last week.

• 111 Paterson Road, Fanwood: A colonial style house with three bedrooms and two full baths was listed $575,00 at and stold for $570,400.
• 321 Myrtle Avenue, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style house with two bedrooms and one full bath was listed at $229,000 and sold for $225,000.
• 705 Donato Circle, Scotch Plains: A townhouse interior style house with two bedrooms, one full bath, and one half bath was listed at $389,00 and sold for $372,500.
• 2351 Monica Place, Scotch Plains: A split level style house with four bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath was listed at $419,000 and sold for $377,500.
• 1860 Winding Brook Way, Scotch Plains: A custom house with four bedrooms and three full baths was listed at $619,500 and sold for $622,000.
• 2296 Morse Avenue, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with five bedrooms and three full baths was listed at $729,000 and sold for $720,000.
