Sold in SPF: Shirewood Drive Home Sells for $720 K

Here are the homes sold in Scotch Plains and Fanwood last week.

• 19 Shirewood Drive, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with five bedrooms, three full baths, and one half bath was listed at $759,000 and sold for $720,000.
  
• 1912 Church Avenue, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style house with three bedrooms and one full bath was listed at $289,000 and sold for $301,000.
• 2337 Belvedere Drive, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style house with three bedrooms and one full bath was listed at $324,900 and sold for $320,000.
• 111 Donato Circle, Scotch Plains: A multi-floor, townhouse interior style house with two bedrooms and one full bath was listed at $339,500 and sold for $325,000.
• 2280 North Avenue, Scotch Plains: A cape cod style house with three bedrooms and two full baths was listed at $399,000 and sold for $385,000.
• 314 Cedar Grove Terrace, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with three bedrooms and three full baths was listed at $435,000 and sold for $435,000.
• 2239 Lyde Place, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with three bedrooms and two full baths was listed at $449,000 and sold for $445,000.
• 2068 Prospect Avenue, Scotch Plains: A colonial style house with four bedrooms, two full baths, and one half bath was listed at $549,000 and sold for $526,000.
