On Monday, December 12, the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA will be holding the 16th Annual Gymnastic Team Toy Drive. New, unwrapped toys will be accepted until December 20. All of the donations will go to local families in need.
Christmas trees are on sale at LaGrande Park in Fanwood, weekdays from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., and Saturdays and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Park Middle School 7th and 8th Grade band and chorus concert will take place tomorrow, December 13, at 7:30 p.m.

The Teen Advisory Board will meet at the Scotch Plains Library on Wednesday, December 14, at 6:30 p.m. The Board meeting is an opportunity for teens in 7th grade through 12th grade who love the library and want to work with the library plan special events, suggest new titles, and get active in the community and more.
Baseball registration for Scotch Plains residents begins Monday, December 12 at www.spfyba.org. Applications for pre-kindergarten tee ball are also being accepted. Baseball registration in Fanwood for the FYO league also begins Monday, December 12 at LaGrande Park. Online registration is also available at www.fyobaseball.org.

On Saturday, December 17, children are invited to make a card to send to the troops supplies will be available and all ages are invited to participate.
