Updated: Weather Cancels School for Wednesday, Other Events

The Scotch Plains-Fanwood School District has announced that schools will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 10, in anticipation of the heavy snow storm that's expected to hit the area late Tuesday and into Wednesday, Feb. 10.

Union Catholic High School, the Union County Vocational-Technical Schools and Union County College have all also canceled classes.

Christopher Academy and St. Bartholomew Academy are also closed.

Scotch Plains Public Library is closed.

Fanwood Memorial Library is closed.

Fanwood Borough Hall: closed at 3:15 p.m..

Scotch Plains Municipal Building: Closed at 11 a.m.

SP-F High Varsity Wrestling Sectionals, scheduled for Feb. 10: Canceled

Boys Park Middle Basketball at Maxson Middle, scheduled for Feb. 10: Canceled

Girls Park Middle Basketball at Maxson Middle, scheduled for Feb. 10: Canceled
