Criteria for Cookie Exchange:


• Bring your favorite cookies, bars or mini muffins


• Quantity: 2-3 dozen:  enough for sharing and tasting during the party


• Gluten-free (and preferably dairy-free & reduced sugar)


• Recipe or ingredient list--copies for everyone


• Bring a container to take home your goodies.Hot tea and sparkling water will be served



Whether you are considering going gluten free, or have been doing it for years, there's always something to learn or a reason to be inspired.  We look forward to meeting you. Open to the community.
