Meditation with Dean Sluyter (via Skype)

Dean Sluyter, noted author and teacher, will lead meditation and discussion via Skype at a private home in Scotch Plains. Borrowing from many sources, Sluyter's style of "natural meditation" is simple, approachable, and deeply liberating. A Pingry English teacher for over 30 years, Sluyter (www.deansluyter.com) led meditation groups in this area for decades before moving to California in 2010.

No experience or particular belief system is required. Please bring a dessert or snack to share with the group, if possible; if  not, just bring yourself!
