Scotch Plains Library Career Networking Group: November Program

THE 21ST CENTURY JOB INTERVIEW presented by the Scotch Plains Library’s Career Networking Group on Monday, November 19 @ 6:30pm.


 


The job market has changed and so has the interview.  How does the hiring manager or interview team select the ideal candidate?  This workshop will look at the interview through the lens of the employer. Participants will learn:

Alex Freund is known as the Landing Expert for publishing his 70 page Landing Expert List.  This list of job-networking events is accessed by over 3000 people a month via his web site www.landingexpert.com.  Alex is also prominent in a number of networking groups.  He does resume workshops, makes frequent public presentations, teaches a career coaching class and publishes his blog for job seekers.  He graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, managed some 35 different Facilities Administration and Support Services departments and had a successful career as corporate director at Fortune 500 companies.
