WHO:


EVERYONE is welcome to attend self-advocacy meetings, which are geared at educating people with intellectual and developmetal disabilities about their rights, responsibilities and the many ways to get involved in New Jersey's growing Self-Advocacy movement!


 


WHY: New Jersey is home to thousands of motviated and dedicated Self-Advocates, as well as dozens of successful self-advocacy groups.  


 


If you are a person with an intellectual or develomental disability who wants to learn more about your rights, resources in your communities, upcoming outreach and awareness events or to make new friends, please think about joining us at the Council Two meeting this Thursday, February 28th, in Scotch Plains!
