How to Get Started Writing a Memoir

On Thursday,
April 24 at 7 pm, the Scotch Plains Public Library will be hosting memoir
writing workshop lead by Dr. Roberta Temes.

Your Memoir in 30 Days: Step-by-Step Instructions for Creating and Publishing
Your Personal Story
, teaches
memoir-writing classes in several states, as well as online.  Dr. Temes is an experienced psychotherapist who
knows how to help people access their emotional memories and make sense out of
their past to transfer those feelings from the mind to the page. She is the
author of many nonfiction books.



This program is free and open
to all interested participants.  Attendees are encouraged to register
