Patient Appreciation Day & Annual Food Drive

On Nov. 23, Dr. Eric Chludzinski and his staff will trade a day’s worth of care for a donation of non-perishable food to be donated to the local food bank. During the event, the office will give away patient consultations, exams and treatments as well as refreshments, chair massages, door prizes and other gifts.

“It is our goal to give away 50 patient treatments and 20 new patient appointments in exchange for the food donations,” Dr. Chludzinski said. “We want to collect 500 pounds of food to help feed the hungry.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and appointments are required. Time slots are limited, so making appointments as soon as possible is encouraged. Please call Jamie at (908) 490-1800 for your appointment.
