It brings us great joy to announce that Santa is coming early to town for a very special purpose! Each year families find it quite challenging for families of children with Autism to enjoy celebrating the holidays. Nicky B’s Café & Pizzeria feels that it’stime for children with Autism and those with special needs to be able to enjoy the same traditions during the holidays as you and I. So, Santa has decided that it is important for every child to experience magical Christmas enjoyment with him, but in a much calmer and less intimidating environment.
What exactly is Sensitive Santa? Sensitive Santa means that there will be no distracting lights, overwhelming movements, or loud noises bothering children that are typically found atChristmas scenes in the mall. So, when meeting with Santa, only the child’s family and a staff photographer will be in thedesignated area. To avoid the hassle and frustration of having families wait in long lines at the mall, Nicky B’s will be allotting15 minutes for each child to spend with their favorite “Man in Red”.
