What’s Blocking Your Search? – presented by the Scotch Plains-Mountainside Libraries’ Career Networking Group

Do
you know what’s keeping you from landing that job you really want? Whether you
are just starting out on your search, or have struggled for seemingly endless
months, one of the most important things you can do is to diagnose what is
keeping you from succeeding.

In
this unique workshop, John Hadley will use his proprietary Career Search
Assessment survey and ChangeGrid to help you uncover what’s blocking your
search, positioning you to take action to land the job and pay you deserve. At
the start of the session, you will complete your own personal ChangeGrid. John
will then show you how to interpret it to identify your challenges and
strategies to deal with them. He will reinforce this with ChangeGrids from his
files and the stories behind them.

John
Hadley helps job seekers frustrated with their search. He offers a free Career
Tips email newsletter to over 9,000 subscribers. It is available, along with a
variety of other career resources, at www.JHACareers.com. This fall, his
upcoming book will be published: Cruising through Executive Interviews...to
Land that 6 Figure Job you Deserve.
