Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA Dancers Attends ADTNJ Workshop

On February 9, 2014 the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA Dance Company attended a dance workshop presented by the Associated Dance Teachers of New Jersey (ADTNJ).  ADTNJ is a non-profit professional organization which serves dance educators, their students, as well as the New Jersey dance community.

The workshop faculty consisted of dance educators from New York City’s renowned dance studios and choreographers that have worked with today’s leading recording artists.

Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA Dance Company members Elizabeth Rehwinkel and Taryn Phillips were singled out in a room of about 100 dancers for their excellence in technique, performance quality, creativity, and hard work for a chance at a scholarship.
