A Blue Christmas: A Service of Comfort and Hope

Not looking forward to the holidays?  Are you feeling lonely and sad as the season of Christmas approaches?  You are not alone if you are having trouble feeling joyous during this holiday season.  Christmas can be a painful reminder of what has been lost. For those coping with all types of loss and pain - death of loved one, job loss, financial strain, depression, grief, broken relationships or illness, the holidays can be anything but happy. Whatever the reason for the blues, come to a quiet service at Willow Grove Presbyterian Church.

"Blue Christmas: A Service of Comfort and Hope" will be held in the sanctuary on Saturday, Dec. 3, at 3:00  pm. Through music, scripture, prayer and candlelight, we will acknowledge the blues and the pain and look toward the hope to come as God offers us peace and strength. Come as you are. All are welcome.
