Renowned author Kathleen Collins will discuss her book ‘Watching What We Eat’ at Fanwood Memorial Library. Participants will hear what over 50 years of television cooking shows reveal about how we eat and how we live. They will also learn about favorite cooking shows and stars including Julia Child, Galloping Gourmet and the Food Network.
