AmeriCare Physical Therapy's Way to a Healthy Back
Dose your back pain keep you from doing what you love?
Starting on November 1st, AmeriCare Physical Therapy will be holding a lecture series on Back Health at the Westfield YMCA.
The series will provide participants with useful techniques and exercises as well as insight into the causes of back pain and the solutions to feeling better.

The series will be held on the first four Fridays in November from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Kellogg Room. There is a total charge of $20.00 for the series and participants are required to attend all four classes.
