According to Westfield residents Bethany Nadel and Ken Rotter of Westfield, Super Sunday co-chairs, “Super Sunday is the single most important day on the Federation calendar. Our ability to provide vital assistance to the most vulnerable in our community both locally and in Israel depends on Super Sunday's success. That is why we hope everyone will do their best to step up in whatever way they can,”

The largest community fundraiser of the year, donations support the work of Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ (Federation), which through its beneficiary agencies, is the community safety net caring for people in need locally, in Israel and around the world. Encompassing Essex, Morris, Sussex, Union, and parts of Somerset County, Federation is dedicated to building Jewish identity and community today and for future generations by connecting people to Jewish experiences and places to express themselves Jewishly in personally meaningful ways.

“To us, it’s about community. We’re all here to help and support each other. Whether you directly need the aid of Federation or its partner agencies you are receiving the benefit by living in the community. It’s important we continue to give back to the community that serves us so there is a community for the next generation,” said Jessica and Aaron Wolff of Denville.
