Attempted Burglary Reported on Mountain View Avenue
A front screen was cut, but entry was not gained into the home, police said.
A resident of Mountain View Avenue reported being a victim of an attempted burglary on Sept. 10, according to Scotch Plains police.
The resident stated that sometime in the morning there was an attempted break-in of the residence.
The front screen was cut. Entrance was not gained, according to Scotch Plains police.
The department is investigating the incident.
