Brief: SP Woman Arrested for Disorderly Conduct
The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotch Plains Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Scotch Plains Police Department arrested township resident Annie Marie Kutlik, 31, of East Second Street, late last week for disorderly conduct, according to a press release distributed by the department.
On Friday, officers were investigating an incident on East Second Street when Kutlik allegedly attempted to interfere, then refused to leave the area when asked to do so, the press release states. Kutlik started to scream obscenities at the officers, and she was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters, where she was processed and released.
